14‑day money‑back guarantee if unopened: If your kit is returned unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, we will refund you in full (excluding shipping).

Your Right to Cancel (14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period)

In accordance with UK regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. To be eligible for a return under this policy, your item must be unopened, unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

1. Please email us at info@leaklogicuk.co.uk with your order number to initiate a return.
2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@leaklogicuk.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
